I had a great stay with a spacious and clean room that offered full kitchen facilities, which made it easy to prepare meals. The free shuttle service to the airport was a real convenience, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My only concern was that the curtains didn't fully block the outside light, which made it a little challenging to sleep at times.

Shuttle service to the airport was promised but had some communication hiccups, leading to a last-minute taxi ride. The location is convenient for reaching the airport and nearby attractions, but the hallway smell of smoke was off-putting. Limited access to items like extra towels and toiletries was inconvenient. Still, I appreciate the overall cleanliness and the free shuttle service offered at this hotel.
